The Promotion begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 7, 2022 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on August 31, 2022. Sponsor is the official timekeeper for this Promotion.

There are two (2) ways to enter to have a donation of $1.00 made on your behalf to the Bob Woodruff Foundation. Purchase of alcohol is not required for entry.

Entry Method No. 1 - Enter via Instagram by first following @pendletonwhisky official Instagram account, tagging one (1) or more friends, and commenting with a purple heart emoji under a Promotional-related post. Any social post made from an Instagram account that is not included as a comment under the applicable social media post by @pendletonwhisky will not count as valid entry.

Entry Method No. 2 - Enter via Facebook by first liking Pendleton Whisky official Facebook account, tagging one (1) or more friends, and commenting with a purple heart emoji under a Promotional-related post. Any social post made from a Facebook account that is not included as a comment under the applicable social media post by Pendleton Whisky will not count as valid entry.

Submitted content must be truthful in all material respects. In addition, the submitted comment or post must comply with the Instagram Terms of Use (http://instagram.com/about/legal/terms/) and Facebook Terms of Use (https://www.facebook.com/terms.php). You must be a registered member of Instagram or Facebook in order to participate. Membership on Instagram and Facebook is free, but a compatible device is required to download and/or use Instagram or Facebook and their services.

Following the official Pendleton Whisky Instagram or Facebook page prior to entry will serve as an age gate to ensure you are twenty-one (21) years or older. If you are NOT twenty-one (21) years or older, you will not be permitted to follow the Pendleton Whisky official Instagram or Facebook page and will therefore not be able to submit an entry into the Promotion.

Maximum of ONE (1) donation per individual, per email address, regardless of method of entry. Donations are from Proximo Spirits, Inc. to The Bob Woodruff Foundation. Maximum donation from this Promotion is $2,500.00 and determined by Proximo Spirits, Inc. in its sole discretion.
